We designed and implemented a custom Asana workspace using the Advanced Plan that centralized task management across every department, including:

Bookkeeping & Payroll – Recurring tasks and visibility

We mapped out daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual tasks, fully assigned with due dates, instructions, and automation where possible.

Clean Queen Denver was also running on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). We translated their Vision Traction Organizer into quarterly, monthly, and weekly goals in Asana, assigning them directly to the team. Now Katie has a living scorecard of her EOS vision, giving her clear visibility into progress at every level.
